Last Saturday Sewing 2015

Yesterday was the last Saturday Sewing at Red Shed Quilting for 2015.....

Taking a break over January. Stay tuned for next year's classes. I will post in the Newsletter and on the website www.redshedquilting.com.au at the end of January.

It was lovely to see some show-n-tell from our 'quilt in a day' Saturday that we held a few weeks ago. Everyone except me had their quilt tops complete....and Anne's was quilted and bound....

Favourite finish for the week would have to be Joy's quilt with 'escargot' from Lorien Quilting.

Off to Christmas carols......

HQ Avante Set up Day

The HQ Avante has arrived and I am planning to spend my Sunday reorganising the downstairs section of Red Shed Quilting......it will change from a cuppatea/sewing space to a demonstation/teaching space for the "Sweet 16" and the "HQ Avante 18".

Classes will be upstairs from now on....we have installed a chair lift so it is easier to get our machines up stairs....

If you own a "Sweet 16" or a "HQ Avante 18" you may be interested in two classes coming up.....details on the website www.redshedquilting.com.au ........would love to see you there.

New quilt labels have arrived....

Finished a custom using Keryn Emmerson's "Perry" block......loved the outcome.......

Another cuppa....then shower and get on with the day...
