Sydney Quilt Show Judging Day

Yesterday was spent in Sydney helping at the judging day for the Sydney Quilt Show next week. Over 430  quilts so a BIG day with a 7am start....6pm finish....
Gorgeous red and white quilts everywhere.....

27 quilts travelled down with me.....


Some lovely new wide backing fabrics arrived at Red Shed thru' the week.......




Favourite quilt of the week would be this E-2-E finished with Keryn Emmerson's "ric rac"...


Bit of washing on the line......grocery shopping ....then taking the afternoon OFF!!!....

    How exciting to be up close and personal with so many quilts, I'm sure it was hard work but fun. I'll be there on Thursday, can't wait to see those red and white beauties.
