Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

I am taking a break at the end of this week and will be using the time to relocate Red Shed Quilting back to the shed at the end of my driveway. Everything will remain the same.....location just changes.

Formals 2

Miss Beth on her way to her year 10 formal.....she looked gorgeous.

Second last Saturday Sewing at Red Shed Quilting yesterday. We had a lovely morning and we all got lots done....even me!!! My drunkards path progress. Really loving the stripe.

Enjoying working on this small custom quilt. Hopefully only a couple of days to go till its finished!

Christmas carols tonight....the Wallarah Community Band are playing...me too if I get brave enough.

Number one Son has finished his HSC exams and the formal is now done and dusted...

Next week Miss Beth has her year 10 formal....and then we are done for all the major expenses till Christmas....thank goodness!!!!
Still getting through the quilts...counting down now to take a break over January.

Wendy Williams Workshop

The week ended for me at 'Patched and Pieced' where the lovely Leesa had organised for Wendy Williams to hold a workshop. Wonderful teacher....found myself enjoying hand sewing .....

Its was all about colour, shape, texture and stitch. Lovely morning tea and lunch....

Now back to reality...

The Drip

Travelled home with Miss Beth in the School holidays....lovely to visit Mum & Dad...

On the way home we stopped at 'The Drip'.....got the cameras out....lovely photo opportunities...
